1. When is sworn translation of a power of attorney required?
Translation is required when a foreign power of attorney (pełnomocnictwo) or related documents are not in Polish and you submit them in an official procedure in Poland.
Translation is required for:
- Gmina office and other authorities: representation for meldunek, registration, obtaining certificates.

3. Translation requirements
Offices, banks, courts and notaries require sworn translation into Polish with a Ministry of Justice register seal.
- Full translation: all pages including stamps, seals and signatures — no summaries.
