Civil documents:
birth, marriage and death certificates โ Soviet Cyrillic, transitional and modern Latin script
Certified translation from Uzbek with an official bureau stamp. Three alphabets: Soviet Cyrillic, transitional, modern Latin script. Accepted in most voivodeships and administrative bodies. 24โ48 hours.

There are no sworn translators of Uzbek registered in the Polish Ministry of Justice register. We provide certified translation with an official stamp and signature of LEGIX translation bureau. In most voivodeships and for most administrative procedures (residence permit, ZUS, employer), such a translation is accepted. If a specific authority requires a sworn translation โ we will inform you honestly in advance.
The main feature of Uzbek documents is the change of alphabet. Soviet era (before 1993) โ Cyrillic, the same as in Russian documents. Transitional period (1993โ2005) โ documents may be in Cyrillic or the new Latin script, sometimes both in one document. Modern period (from 2005) โ exclusively Latin script, developed specifically for Uzbek. Our translator works with all three variants.
Residence permit: passport, birth certificate, marriage certificate โ translated with the original alphabet noted. Most voivodeships accept certified translation for a residence permit.
birth, marriage and death certificates โ Soviet Cyrillic, transitional and modern Latin script
Uzbek diplomas from all three alphabet eras โ for NAWA
Soviet employment record books with Uzbek entries โ for ZUS
Uzbek passports, ID cards
documents with text in both Russian and Uzbek
ZUS: Soviet-era employment record book with Uzbek entries โ translated for international pension claims. Soviet employment books have entries mainly in Russian โ sometimes with Uzbek insertions.
Uzbek diplomas can be nostrified in Poland through NAWA. This requires a translation of the diploma and academic transcript. NAWA accepts certified translation in the absence of a sworn translator.
It is important to correctly render the university name in its modern Latin spelling. Leading Uzbek universities include the National University of Uzbekistan (O'zbekiston Milliy Universiteti), Tashkent Technical University.
Soviet-era diplomas (Uzbek SSR) โ in Cyrillic, often in Russian only. We translate with historical context notes.
Many Uzbek documents from the transitional period contain text in two languages: Russian and Uzbek. This is especially common for employment record books, birth certificates and diplomas from 1991โ2005.
We translate both language sections in one order, clearly noting in the translation which language each section is written in.
If part of the text is illegible or damaged โ we note this in the translation with a professional comment.
