5. TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION

• Recordings are stored for 12 months
• They serve to confirm arrangements and improve service quality
• Refusal to record the conversation is possible

6. PAYMENTS AND TRANSACTION SECURITY

We cooperate with the Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.) and Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited) payment services, which ensure secure payment processing:

• Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.) and Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited) act as payment operators and administrators of payment data
• We do not have direct access to payment card data
• All transactions are encrypted according to PCI DSS standards
• Each operator applies its own mechanisms for protecting personal and payment data
• We only receive confirmation of payment completion
• Stripe Payments Europe, Limited processes payments made via Stripe payment link

Refunds:

In the event of a confirmed refund, the client receives the amount less any payment operator fee retained by Przelewy24 or Stripe, which is not refunded by the service provider.
