4Documents for translation
We accept documents in DOC, DOCX, PDF, JPG, PNG, TXT and other commonly used formats. All submitted materials:

4.2Used exclusively for completing ordered translations
4.3Stored for 12 months from order completion (unless the client requests earlier deletion)
4.4May be shared with cooperating translators to the extent necessary for service provision
5Telephone communication
5.1We reserve the right to record telephone conversations
5.2We inform about recording before the conversation begins
5.3Recordings are stored for 12 months
5.4They serve to confirm arrangements and improve service quality
5.5Refusal to record the conversation is possible
6Payments and transaction security
We cooperate with the Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.) and Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited) payment services, which ensure secure payment processing:
6.1Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.) and Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited) act as payment operators and administrators of payment data
6.2We do not have direct access to payment card data
6.3All transactions are encrypted according to PCI DSS standards
6.4Each operator applies its own mechanisms for protecting personal and payment data
6.5We only receive confirmation of payment completion
6.6Stripe Payments Europe, Limited processes payments made via Stripe payment link
Refunds: In the event of a confirmed refund, the client receives the amount less any payment operator fee retained by Przelewy24 or Stripe, which is not refunded by the service provider.

15Contact channels and website forms
Besides email and phone, you can contact us via quote forms on legix.pl and via Telegram and WhatsApp listed on the site.
15.1Forms collect name, phone, task description and uploaded document files.
15.2In messengers we process messages, attachments and technical data needed to reply.
15.3Purpose: quoting, agreeing terms and fulfilling the translation order.
16Ad attribution and service identifiers
If you arrive from an ad (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and consent to marketing in the cookie banner, we may store technical click parameters (e.g. utm_*, gclid, fbclid) in the legix_attr cookie to attribute the enquiry.
LEGIX first-party analytics may use legix_vid to count visits. Details are in the Cookie policy.
17Paper translation delivery
If you order delivery of the original (e.g. InPost courier), we process the delivery address and courier contact solely to hand over the document.
