Sworn translation of zaświadczenie o niekaralności for a residence card, work with children and visas. The main risk is the short validity of the certificate itself: translation does not extend it.

Which forms do we accept?
Ukrainian Interior Ministry extract, KRK, certificates from other countries.Paper or an electronic form with a QR: we carry over the number, dates and verification data. This is not an address certificate and not a passport.
Validity is the key point
Translation does not extend the certificate’s “freshness”.Order the translation right before filing. Otherwise you may get a perfect translation of an expired original.

Residence card vs UK/USA visa
Different apostille requirements.For UW in Poland an apostille on a criminal-record certificate is usually not needed. For UK/USA visas — often yes, before translation.
