Employment record book translation
Sworn translation of a książeczka pracy / employment record book for ZUS and seniority proof: all completed entries on workplaces, roles and dates. Volume is usually more than one page.
An employment book is a chronology of workplaces. ZUS seniority credit needs a sworn translation of completed pages. Price depends on entry volume.
Sworn employment book translation for ZUS seniority
What exactly is translated in the book?
All completed entries: employer, role, hire/termination dates.Blank pages are skipped. Stamps and handwritten notes are described under sworn-translation rules.
How does it differ from a seniority certificate?
The book is the primary journal; the certificate is an extract/summary.ZUS sometimes accepts a short seniority certificate instead of the full book. If the list says «zaświadczenie o stażu» — see that page, not this one.
How is volume counted?
By billable pages of 1125 characters.A fully filled book can yield several pages. We quote after photos of every spread with entries.
Electronic book / extract
We translate the form you have.If an official extract was issued instead of a book — that works too; send a scan for a quote.
Employer and job titles
Verbatim + explanation if there is no Polish equivalent. We do not force titles into a Polish classifier — that is for ZUS/an expert, not the translator.
Apostille
Usually not needed for ZUS.A sworn translation is enough. If legalisation is requested — we check against your letter.
Languages for employment book translation
We work both ways: a foreign document into Polish for offices in Poland, a Polish document into the destination-country language.
Documents from Ukraine for offices in Poland — the most common pair.
Soviet-era documents and those issued in Russia and Belarus.
Documents from the UK, Ireland, the USA, India and the UAE.
Polish documents for Ukrainian offices — certificates, extracts, rulings.
For foreign employers, universities and consulates.
For offices and banks in countries that require Russian.
Three types of translation — and when you need each
If the document goes to a public office — you need a sworn translation. Prices below are for Ukrainian, Russian and English; other languages are quoted separately.

Who already ordered
All reviewsI sent a photo in the evening, had a PDF by morning, and the paper copy in Wrocław two days later. Urząd Wojewódzki accepted it without questions.
They asked to match the name spelling to the passport — I would not have thought of it. That is why the pack was accepted first time.
The amount quoted on Telegram did not change. Good when there are no “extra pages” at the end.
