Sworn diploma translation with suplement for Poland
Are diploma and suplement one document?
No — two separate ones, and both are often translated. The diploma confirms the qualification. The suplement / grade extract lists subjects, hours and marks. For admission and nostrification, a pack without the suplement is usually incomplete.
How do we measure volume?
After the scan — it depends on the university and the grade tables.Diplomas and supplements vary: different numbers of subjects, hours and descriptions. We bill by characters (1,125 = 1 page) and lock the amount before we start.
Do you convert grades to the Polish scale?
No — we keep the original scale.Grade conversion is done by the university. Programme names are rendered literally, with a note when there is no Polish equivalent.
Nostrification vs employment
Different packs.Regulated professions and NAWA/uczelnia need the full set. For a CV, employers often accept the diploma without the suplement — check with HR.
Apostille on the diploma
For admission and nostrification — almost always.Stamp the diploma and suplement in the issuing country before translation. Internal HR rarely needs apostille.
No suplement — what then?
Academic transcript / wykaz ocen.If the suplement is lost or studies are unfinished — see the wykaz ocen translation page; that is a different intent and blank.

Who already ordered
All reviewsI sent a photo in the evening, had a PDF by morning, and the paper copy in Wrocław two days later. Urząd Wojewódzki accepted it without questions.
They asked to match the name spelling to the passport — I would not have thought of it. That is why the pack was accepted first time.
The amount quoted on Telegram did not change. Good when there are no “extra pages” at the end.
