3Orders
4Prices and payment
Prices in PLN gross. Payment via payment link through Przelewy24 (BLIK, bank transfers, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or Stripe — depending on the method provided by the provider after order confirmation.
Przelewy24 card operator: PayPro SA, ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, KRS 0000347935.
Przelewy24 payment operator: PayPro S.A. (Poznań). Stripe payment operator: Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland).
5Delivery
6Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days where applicable under Polish consumer law.
Exceptions: fully performed services with consent; custom translation of client documents.
Withdrawal notice: office@legix.pl.
7Complaints
Contact office@legix.pl or +48 732 223 337. Response within 14 business days.
8Refunds
Payment operator fees (Przelewy24 or Stripe) may be non-refundable.
9Final provisions
Polish law applies. Changes published on legix.pl.
10Quality of materials from the client
11Order channels
Orders can be placed via the form on legix.pl, email office@legix.pl, phone, or Telegram / WhatsApp listed on the site.
Price, deadline and delivery method are agreed after client confirmation and payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12Document confidentiality
The provider and cooperating translators must not disclose the content of submitted documents to third parties, except where needed to perform the service (e.g. courier — delivery details only) or required by law.
13Website and contact languages
legix.pl is available in Ukrainian, Polish, English and Russian. The language used with the manager is agreed case by case; the legal effect of a translation follows the requirements of the institution it is prepared for.
