3. Orders

• Inquiry via website form, e-mail or messengers.
• We provide quote, deadline and delivery method.
• Work starts after client acceptance and payment.
• Terms, Privacy Policy and prices are available before ordering.

4. Prices and payment

Prices in PLN gross. Payment via payment link through Przelewy24 (BLIK, bank transfers, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or Stripe — depending on the method provided by the provider after order confirmation.

5. Delivery

• Standard turnaround: 24–48 business hours unless agreed otherwise.
• Digital PDF delivery; paper copy on request.
• InPost courier delivery in Poland as quoted.
• Pickup in Warsaw offices by appointment.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days where applicable under Polish consumer law.

Exceptions: fully performed services with consent; custom translation of client documents.

8. Refunds

Payment operator fees (Przelewy24 or Stripe) may be non-refundable.
