What is a sworn translation and when is it required?+
It is an official translation done by a translator authorized by the Polish Ministry of Justice. It is accepted by administrative offices, courts, and public institutions.
How is certified translation different from sworn translation?+
Certified translation is stamped by the bureau and works for visas and institutions outside the EU. Sworn translation has full legal force for Polish state authorities.
How do you price non-standard documents?+
The price depends on billable pages (1125 characters), language pair, and urgency. We review your scan and provide the exact total before starting.
Do I need to bring original documents to the office?+
Scans or photos are enough to start. The original is only needed at pickup if the translation must state it was made from the original.
Can you deliver a translation outside Poland?+
Yes, postal or courier delivery is possible - terms depend on destination country and are agreed individually.
Can you do sworn translation without Polish in the language pair?+
In Poland sworn translation always runs through Polish. For non-Polish pairs we offer certified translation or a two-step route.
