Sales team member
Client consultations on LEGIX services: sworn and certified translation, related document services, timelines and pricing. Your job is to understand the request, propose a clear path, and help the client place an order.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads: chat, messengers, phone, email — fast, polite first contact.
- Consultations: explain which service or translation type usually fits the client’s goal (study, work, court, civil registry, bank, etc.).
- Preliminary quoting and scoping: clarify details, request scans when needed.
- Keep CRM/sheets updated: statuses, notes, handover to fulfilment.
- Support clients through payment and kick-off; address common objections calmly.
- Status updates at key milestones (per internal guidelines).
What we look for
- Sales or active consulting experience (B2C or B2B), ideally 1+ years.
- Strong written and spoken Russian; Polish and/or Ukrainian for day-to-day client work.
- Confident with PC, messengers, email; happy to follow templates and playbooks.
- Resilience, punctuality, ability to explain complex topics simply.
- Process discipline: log agreements, don’t promise what the team hasn’t approved.
