School certificate / secondary diploma translation
Sworn translation of świadectwo szkolne (secondary-school leaving certificate) for a Polish liceum, technikum or bachelor admission — not a university degree diploma.
A school certificate proves secondary education. Polish universities ask for a sworn translation (often with a grade annex). It is not a master’s diploma and not an academic transcript.
School certificate translation for school and bachelor entry
School certificate vs university diploma
Different education level and different boards.Bachelor admission needs a school certificate. A master’s programme needs a bachelor’s diploma. Do not order a “diploma” if the list says świadectwo dojrzałości / school leaving certificate.
Is a grade annex required?
Often yes — if it was issued separately. Some certificates already list grades on the blank. If there is a separate table — we translate that too; volume after the scan.
ZNO / NMT / matura
External exam certificates are separate blanks. If the board asks for external exam results, that may be an extra document, not part of the school certificate.

Languages we translate school certificates into
We work both ways: a foreign document into Polish for offices in Poland, a Polish document into the destination-country language.
Documents from Ukraine for offices in Poland — the most common pair.
Soviet-era documents and those issued in Russia and Belarus.
Documents from the UK, Ireland, the USA, India and the UAE.
Polish documents for Ukrainian offices — certificates, extracts, rulings.
For foreign employers, universities and consulates.
For offices and banks in countries that require Russian.
Three types of translation — and when you need each
If the document goes to a public office — you need a sworn translation. Prices below are for Ukrainian, Russian and English; other languages are quoted separately.

Who already ordered
All reviewsI sent a photo in the evening, had a PDF by morning, and the paper copy in Wrocław two days later. Urząd Wojewódzki accepted it without questions.
They asked to match the name spelling to the passport — I would not have thought of it. That is why the pack was accepted first time.
The amount quoted on Telegram did not change. Good when there are no “extra pages” at the end.
