Qualification / course certificate translation
Sworn translation of a certyfikat (qualification, vocational course or language certificate — per the blank) for an employer or licence. Not a university diploma and not a school leaving certificate.
A certificate confirms a specific qualification, course or exam. Volume is usually smaller than a diploma pack.

Certificate validity
Some language/vocational ones have an expiry.Translation does not extend the original’s validity. Check the date before filing.

Apostille
Less often than for a diploma.Polish employers often accept a sworn translation alone. For regulated professions — confirm.
Language certificates (IELTS etc.)
Sometimes the board accepts them without translation.If the blank is international English — ask the uczelnia. We translate only with a written requirement.

Who already ordered

They asked to match the name spelling to the passport — I would not have thought of it. That is why the pack was accepted first time.
