Sworn translation of a short zaświadczenie ze szkoły / uczelni: that a child or student is enrolled, in which class or year. Not a leaving certificate and not a diploma.
A school or university letter confirms enrolment on the issue date. It is requested for a child’s residence card, benefits or transfer.

How is it different from a school certificate?
A certificate summarises education; a letter says “currently enrolled”.For kindergarten/school enrolment or UW, a short zaświadczenie is often enough — without a full school certificate.
What the blank should contain
Full name, institution, class/year, issue date, signature/stamp.If there is no school stamp — we will warn you: some offices reject such a blank even with a translation.
Freshness
Often they want a letter “from this month”.Do not translate last year’s “just in case”. Get a new letter first — then translate for filing.
