Address / residence registration certificate translation
Sworn translation of a registered-address certificate / zameldowanie — when you must prove a residential address. This is not a residence card and not a criminal-record certificate.
An address-registration certificate proves an address (sometimes household composition). A residence card proves the right to stay — a different document.
Address-registration certificate translation: address, not stay status
What exactly does this certificate prove?
Registered address / zameldowanie. The office sees where you (or a child) are registered. It does not replace a residence card and does not prove absence of a criminal record.
PESEL and zameldowanie
Related, but not the same thing.Getting a PESEL sometimes needs other papers. If the blog has a PESEL guide — that is supporting; this money page is only about translating the address certificate.
Form types
Housing offices, Diia, register extracts. We translate address details, dates and the issuing authority. If the form is unreadable — we will ask for a clearer photo.
Freshness
Some offices want a certificate “not older than N months”.Translation does not extend the term. First a current form — then a translation timed for the filing date.
School and social benefits
A common scenario for children. They may also ask for the child’s birth certificate — that is /tlumaczenie-aktu-urodzenia, a separate order.
Apostille
Rare for a Polish UW.Consular packs sometimes need it. We will confirm against your list.
Languages we translate address-registration certificates into
We work both ways: a foreign document into Polish for offices in Poland, a Polish document into the destination-country language.
Documents from Ukraine for offices in Poland — the most common pair.
Soviet-era documents and those issued in Russia and Belarus.
Documents from the UK, Ireland, the USA, India and the UAE.
Polish documents for Ukrainian offices — certificates, extracts, rulings.
For foreign employers, universities and consulates.
For offices and banks in countries that require Russian.
Three types of translation — and when you need each
If the document goes to a public office — you need a sworn translation. Prices below are for Ukrainian, Russian and English; other languages are quoted separately.

Who already ordered
All reviewsI sent a photo in the evening, had a PDF by morning, and the paper copy in Wrocław two days later. Urząd Wojewódzki accepted it without questions.
They asked to match the name spelling to the passport — I would not have thought of it. That is why the pack was accepted first time.
The amount quoted on Telegram did not change. Good when there are no “extra pages” at the end.
