Apostille stamp translation
Sworn translation of an already affixed apostille — the stamp text or a separate Apostille page — for Polish offices. Obtaining an apostille in Poland or abroad is a separate service at `/apostil-dokumentov-v-polshe`.
Order translation of an already glued or bound Apostille: issuing body details, number, date, signature. If there is no apostille yet — legalisation first (`/apostil-dokumentov-v-polshe`), then translate the stamp and main document.
Apostille translation — not obtaining an apostille
Two different services
Affixing ≠ translating the stamp.“Get an apostille” means legalising the original. “Translate an apostille” means an official translation of an existing stamp. Different URLs, intents and titles.
What exactly gets translated
Issuing body name, country, apostille number, date, signature/seal.We keep the Hague Convention wording and blank fields verbatim. We do not “shorten” details — offices reject incomplete stamps.
Apostille + document — two translations
Often both the main act and the stamp are needed.Certificates, diplomas or powers of attorney have their own service pages. We bill Apostille as a separate page if it did not fit in the same volume.
When an office asks for apostille translation
Not always — it depends on the office. Some voivodeships and universities accept English/French apostilles without translation. If the requirement says “tłumaczenie apostille”, use this page.
Electronic e-Apostille
We translate from a PDF / QR extract.Send the file and verification link — we issue a sworn translation describing the electronic medium.
Order of work
Apostille in the issuing country first, then translation.Translation without an apostille does not replace legalisation. For a full “apostille → translation” path, message chat and we route both services.
Languages we translate apostilles into
We work both ways: a foreign document into Polish for offices in Poland, a Polish document into the destination-country language.
Documents from Ukraine for offices in Poland — the most common pair.
Soviet-era documents and those issued in Russia and Belarus.
Documents from the UK, Ireland, the USA, India and the UAE.
Polish documents for Ukrainian offices — certificates, extracts, rulings.
For foreign employers, universities and consulates.
For offices and banks in countries that require Russian.
Three types of translation — and when you need each
If the document goes to a public office — you need a sworn translation. Prices below are for Ukrainian, Russian and English; other languages are quoted separately.
When the Apostille stamp itself is translated
Legalisation is already done — the office asks for the stamp text in Polish.
When the voivodeship requires apostille translation with the act.

This page does not obtain an apostille. If there is no stamp yet — the affixing service: `/apostil-dokumentov-v-polshe`. Here only translation of a ready Apostille.
Who already ordered
All reviewsI sent a photo in the evening, had a PDF by morning, and the paper copy in Wrocław two days later. Urząd Wojewódzki accepted it without questions.
They asked to match the name spelling to the passport — I would not have thought of it. That is why the pack was accepted first time.
The amount quoted on Telegram did not change. Good when there are no “extra pages” at the end.
