Military booklet translation
Sworn translation of a military booklet / military registration document — uncommon, but clear when an office or employer specifically asks for this form.
A military booklet is not part of a standard residence-card pack. We translate it when the document is named in the requirements of an employer, court or another office. Volume follows filled pages.
Military booklet translation: only when it is on the list
Is it needed for a residence card “by default”?
No — only if the office or procedure listed it.Do not order “just in case”. First the document list — then a scan of the booklet for a volume quote.
What do we translate in the booklet?
Filled entries: personal data, fitness, service history.Blank pages are skipped. Handwritten notes are described under sworn-translation rules.
Volume and price
Depends heavily on the number of entries.A short booklet with a few pages costs less than a fully filled one. We quote after photos of every spread.
Confidentiality
We treat it like any personal document.Scans after the order are not used for marketing. Transfer is via the bureau’s secure channels.
Replacement / duplicate
We translate the form you have in hand.If the office requires “current” registration — confirm the format with them before translation.
Apostille
Rare.If they ask for legalisation — we will check whether they mean another document by mistake.
Languages we translate military booklets into
We work both ways: a foreign document into Polish for offices in Poland, a Polish document into the destination-country language.
Documents from Ukraine for offices in Poland — the most common pair.
Soviet-era documents and those issued in Russia and Belarus.
Documents from the UK, Ireland, the USA, India and the UAE.
Polish documents for Ukrainian offices — certificates, extracts, rulings.
For foreign employers, universities and consulates.
For offices and banks in countries that require Russian.
Three types of translation — and when you need each
If the document goes to a public office — you need a sworn translation. Prices below are for Ukrainian, Russian and English; other languages are quoted separately.
When a military booklet is requested at all
A narrow intent — we do not mix it with a passport or a criminal-record certificate.
When HR specifically named a military document.
PracodawcaOn request of procedural bodies.
SądOnly if it is on the official list.
Urząd WojewódzkiPer an individual requirement from a letter/form.
UrzędyApostille on a military booklet
It is rare. Confirm the office requirement first — a sworn translation is often enough.
Who already ordered
All reviewsI sent a photo in the evening, had a PDF by morning, and the paper copy in Wrocław two days later. Urząd Wojewódzki accepted it without questions.
They asked to match the name spelling to the passport — I would not have thought of it. That is why the pack was accepted first time.
The amount quoted on Telegram did not change. Good when there are no “extra pages” at the end.
